Two things, if you ever have to move one of these don’t do it yourself. We broke the bed when trying to move it ourselves. I was really impressed with his communication, bringing wood samples and his portfolio to our initial meetings and his thorough explanation of everything about the process. It only took a couple of weeks from placing the order to complete installation, and the installation only took one day! He made sure to check with me throughout the project so I knew exactly what was going on at all times. He even replaced my baseboard that was removed by a previous/failed project, added different color latches and cord grommets for me! I can't recommend him enough, he is friendly, professional, efficient and very good at what he does. I'm thrilled with my new wall bed and attached drop table!"
